In this talk, we discuss constraints due to the QCD axion on the moduli space of 4D F-theory models. We show that weakly curved F-theory models with h11 > 10,000 that realize QCD on a non-higgsable cluster are in tension with the duration of the observed neutrino burst from SN1987a.
